Is it possible to create a warehouse for returns that will not add to the stock on hand count? (Credit a customer invoice item to a returns / suspense warehouse until it is approved to go back into stock or written down)
Currently when customers return items, we process a general credit, and the stock is checked by quality control and either written down or transferred back to the finished goods warehouse. There is no item history for what exactly was returned, and the data is manually captured on Excel.
