Good Day, 

I am trying to setup Alert Management for a client of mine. 

They basically want an SMS sent to the customer once an order is dispatched. 

I have setup everything necessary on Evolution, and it is firing at the correct time.

However it goes into the 'Outbox' and does not send out.

If I try to send from the outbox, I get the following Error. 

I have set this up previously at other clients, I am just having an issue with this one. 

Please can someone assist me with this.
