1. Are you also observing the same error when processing in Voucher Management?

2. Sage Evolution version?

3. Are all users observing the same error?

Sorry the user went on leave.

1. The user gets error when picking voucher types.

2. Version 9.2

3. Only 2 users have that error

We made great strides and fixed a couple of VM issues since Evolution version 9.20

Can you please at least run a test upgrade to our current latest Evolution version 10.1.3.003?

And then test an let me know if the error has been resolved?

Hi Bennie, upgraded to 10.1.3. Still getting the error but it allows us on clicking continue to process the voucher

It's till not completely ideal but at least you can now process and the rest working fine then?

Also, if you create a blank new demo Evolution company in 10.1.3, can you perhaps recreate the error?
