I am getting access Violation error everyh time i make an order entry and select an item

How can it be avoided

Hi Naran

Please confirm your Evolution version and build by going to the Help | About menu.

Your error was a known matter in earlier versions of Evolution and you may want to consider upgrading to the latest version (Currently Evolution version 10.1.2.001)
