Hi Ramadhan
You need to do the following:
1. On the screen below, select the Data tab and the magnifying glass icon below
2. In here drag the relevant field on which you want to setup a report parameter and select the Auto Search option on that field record as seen below.
Kind Regards

Hello I do appreciate for your help
I have managed to do so thanks a lot
But my questions are
I created a report in which parameter will be vendor. After selecting a parameter report wants user to writer vendors name on parameter manual. Is their a possibility to allow drop down selection?
If I set my parameter as date system will want me to use datetime because evolution db store data in datetime format. Is there a possibility to use date only on parameter?
Instead of using query wizard to create data source I there a possibility to use sql views created on sql so that all data manipulation will be done on the database instead of be done on the report after queering all the data from db?
Hi Ramadhan
My pleasure!

Answer:
I have honestly no idea. Sorry, Report Writer is not one of my strong points. But can I perhaps recommend someone (working for himself) that I know may be able to assist? That is of course if you're already asked your own linked Business Partner for their assistance.
3) Instead of using query wizard to create data source I there a possibility to use sql views created on sql so that all data manipulation will be done on the database instead of be done on the report after queering all the data from db?
Answer:
I think so... We allow the user to create and link custom SQL VIEWS on the company database. But on accessing it you should then also rather refer to a report write expert.
Please advise if I can recommend someone of your own BP is perhaps unable to assist.
Kind Regards
Bennie
Thanks for your support
I have managed to use SSRS and created all required reports and automated some of them.
Fantastic! I'm so glad you fixed it!
