Hi, thank you for the screenshot. The report is filtered to only show JNL transactions. Are you specifically filtering on this?

Yes - I am only interested in keeping the journals for my department..  This is how we run it every month.

If I leave all the transaction codes selected then I get an 800 page report but it does not include the JNL types I need.

Is there any way you could upload your data or allow me to connect to your screen and investigate further with you?

Our IT policies will unfortunately not allow this.

I do understand. Have you tried running the Transaction listing report under the Common Module to check if it returns any results?

It does return transactions filtered for type JNL but non of these are GL Journals transactions I am needing to keep an audit trail of.  Just AP, AR and Inventory.

Thanks for your kind assistance with the query Rahana.  The issue was fixed by our consultants needing to refresh the table views in SQL.  All was well after they did this.
