ReportBuilder, help with my company Invoice Template

I'm trying to adapt the template to our previous system layout for invoices. The data available for fields to be added in the template are not visible in the standard data tree. For example, we have different pricing for different customers but we want to display both the official price and the client's price on invoice (client's price will be sued for calculation of amounts). How do I create new queries to add fields to the template? Is there any courses or one on one training available to learn all these tricks?

    hi Pedro

    The Sage Evolution document and report layouts all make use of closed database VIEWS which are used for the data pipelines on the report/document layout Design screen

    That means its not possible to  insert any new fields to the VIEW/data pipeline. 

    However, as some kind of work around, may I suggest you make use of a User Defined Field on the customer maintenance screen? Because in general we allow UDF's to be used on report/document layouts.

    It's just an idea bit if you require further assistance, please consult directly with Sage Evolution Support.
