This is quite a tricky query

Could it perhaps be that someone else has already uninstalled it and therefore no longer visible in the Control Pane | Programs and Features list?

If not, simply consider the following

Install Evolution BETA to its own new folder and continue from there.

Else, please consult with your local IT technician to properly remove the old installation of Evolution 200 BETA

Not sure if someone messed up with it as it's on client machine.

1) Can you please send me link to download BETA 200?

So, i install again to its default folder overriding the previous installation.

Then I suppose we can uninstall from Control Panel.

2) How about the registration code? On uninstall, I can use it again for the new version am planning to roll out?

Have you already formally been  registered with Sage Evolution Support to be a Evolution version 10.1 BETA testing site? If yes, please confirm your BP company name.

If no, please log your request to be a BETA testing site with Evolution Support by logging a formal query in this regard. The relevant consultant will then assist you in obtaining the BETA version install.

It seems you want to uninstall Evolution, correct? 

But please first confirm your incident reference number so I can check out your company name and customer number to check if your registered for the Evolution BETA programme. 

Please don;t paste your customer number and company name here due to the company confidentiality protocol we apply on Sage City.
