No, the Verify DB is only available on the sync monitor for Offline Branch Accounting companies
In that case,
1) please check for any stock codes and descriptions with any kind of special characters e.g. * & # @ ; , " ' etc. and remove them.
2) If that is not the case, please apply the guide attached
