Unable to place orders using customer zone

SOLVED

Good morning.

I have successfully set up my customer zone using business gateway. However i am unable to place orders. I have linked my inventory items to the customer. when i click place order, nothing happens. i have called Sage but i have been put on hold for several minutes with no response. I have emailed my query and still no response.

I am using Sage 200 v 9.2.1

    Good Day Emelda

     

    After logging in to the customer zone you go to the Inventory | Place order | select an item | Enter quantity and click on Add | click on view then click on place order.

    Yes the item in question is linked, but when I click place order – nothing is happening.

     

    The other issue was solved by changing the gateway version files.

    Please take note or the below that can be causing the system not to place order’s.

     

    The inventory items have to be linked to the specific customer that is logged in. It does not show all inventory items, only linked inventory items

    I managed to resolve the error.

     

    However I am unable to place orders in the Customer Zone. The option is there for me to “Place Order” but when I click it nothing happens.
