Sage Evo 100 Inventory Issue

We started using Sage 100 end March for our company and it been a wild ride to set up everything.

We have managed to get the system in full working order, but I have run into a problem.

We wanted to start running sales reports last week and noticed that we could not pull sales per Sales rep unless all items are marked as commissionable items. We started to change each item to commissionable, but it was taking very long so we tested the DDS import option on two inventory item in order to edit them. The DDS worked in the sense of changing the two items to commissionable items, but it removed them from Warehouse items, now here is where we believe the problem started.

Once we tried to change the two items back to warehouse items it moved all the stock to the default warehouse and thus causing an issue in the stock on hand via the backend, we tested the item relink and it picked up this error on the two items: "Quantity out balance" with some more information after that.

So the biggest issue now is that when we are on the inventory screen and you to scroll down it gets to a point where the lines are blank and then it kicks the screen all the way back up to the top of the inventory list and i believe its due to the errors as explained above.

If anyone could guide me on how to fix the out of balance stock (tried stock adjustments but only messed it up more)
