Accessing the Sage Portal and your support query / ticket / Sage CRM history online

The new Sage Portal consolidates the Customer Zone, Reseller Zone, Partner Zone and other zones into a single logon site. It includes all features that these zones had.

When you still refer to the traditional URL’s for these zones, you will now be redirected to the new Sage Portal logon site. Currently, (as in August 2021) the Partner Zone is not automatically redirecting as it still requires some work to be completed.

This article also explains how to access incident/support ticket history which is a feature included in the Sage Portal.
