 We are excited to invite you to join us on this journey of the Sage 200 Evolution Alpha build release, where the following new features have been introduced:

Email Changes

• Agent email signatures can now be customised.
• Agents can now create their own signatures when emailing information from the application

Tax Closing Period

• Tax periods can be closed based on accounting periods.
• The tax report can filter on closed periods as well as out of period transactions.
• Enquiries on Tax periods is still being worked on.      

GL Transactions Export

• A GL transactions report export function caters for large databases allowing for GL transactions to be exported directly into Excel.

Multiple Currency Tender

• A Retail POS docket in local currency can receive a tender in a foreign currency.

Job Cards - Warning for WIP Value

• When completing a job card a validation message informs if there is a WIP difference

Following the release of version 10, we are planning a release of version 10.1 in the not so distant future.

Therefore we would like to expose you to the Alpha build phase before we start our Early Adopter process.

 You can use this build for the following but not limited to:

1. Testing clients’ data internally in preparation for the upgrade for any of your client issues that have been fixed.
2. Getting familiar with new features as introduced above.

We however do not have an official history of change doc as yet on what is fixed in this build, but will share accordingly soonest it is available with the BETA release of the early adoption phase.
