Guidance and updates | COVID-19 Hub


The COVID-19 Hub is a comprehensive and dedicated information centre developed and regularly updated to support you by providing in-depth business advice and “business health content”. We will continue to develop the hub, to include updates on government announcements and legislative changes as well as solutions to the challenges you may be facing.

Complimentary online training


The current situation provides the perfect opportunity to enhance your product skills. From 1 April to 30 June 2020 all Sage e-learning courses available through Sage University will be offered at no cost. A variety of courses are available across our various product stacks and are accessible 24/7. You can enroll wherever you are, whenever you want to and complete the courses at your own pace. Uninterrupted support


Our Customer Support and Professional Services teams are fully operational and available to assist you and our business partners. We have published our various support channels and digital resources on the Sage Online Support Resources page and we have provided all the digital contact information on a detailed guide to ensure you get the assistance you need. The technical support call centres are operating throughout this time and are available to assist you and our business partners.

Legislation updates


We are committed to supporting you by implementing the various tax relief measures that have been announced by government to assist businesses during this time. Our dedicated compliance and development teams are in the process of implementing these proposed changes, and we will ensure you are kept up to date with any product releases and changes through the COVID-19 Hub

In South Africa, the Minister of Employment and Labour has issued a Directive called COVID-19 Temporary Employee/Employer Relief Scheme (C19 TERS). The Directive requires a specific report for employers to claim TERS. We are in the process of clarifying the specific information required and we will inform you as to when and how this will be implemented through your product's Sage City Announcements, News, and Alerts forums.
