For those who may not have heard yet....

We are migrating to a new Sage globally accepted Online KB. 

For a undetermined period we will still have a lot of resources and content on the old Online KB (kb.pastel.co.za) as usual but all newly created content will now exclusively be available on the new Online KB.

It’s official, the Sage Pastel Knowledge Base has moved to Sage Knowledgebase—a centralized library for all Sage support articles around the globe!

Using the new Sage Knowledgebase is so easy:


• Go to (and bookmark): za-kb.sage.com/.../
• On the top right of the landing page click the Sign Up link and create your new login account
• Once logged in, you’ll find a wealth you'll be able to take advantage of personalized content such as saving favourite articles for future reference and subscribing to updates


How is Sage Knowledgebase different than Sage City?


Though both Sage KB and Sage City are online resources available 24 hours a day, Sage KB is home to reference materials, while Sage City is an interactive community. Visit Sage City (www.SageCity.com) to join discussions and ask questions, as well as share tips and ideas with others.
