What is Net Promoter Score?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the measurement of a customer’s loyalty towards the Sage brand.

We want to encourage you to please take part in the NPS survey, you will only be surveyed once a year.

When you receive the survey we would like to know, if you would recommend Sage to a friend or a colleague. If you rate Sage a 9-10, it will be positive. A 7-8 does not count and an 0-6 means you are very negative towards the brand.
