Sage Knowledgebase (Sage KB) is the new home for resource articles written by Sage support analysts—with content added regularly! It gives you quick access to the same content our experts use so you can find answers fast. 

Let’s get started Using Sage Knowledgebase is easy: 

  • Go to (and bookmark): SageKB.com
  • Use your Sage ID log in (which is the same as your Sage City log in) or, if you don’t have one, simply create a Sage ID.
  • Once logged in, you’ll be able to take advantage of personalized content such as saving favourite articles for future reference and subscribing to updates.

How is Sage Knowledgebase different than Sage City?

Though both Sage KB and Sage City are online resources available 24 hours a day, Sage KB is home to reference materials, while Sage City is an interactive community. Visit Sage City (www.SageCity.com ) to join discussions and ask questions, as well as share tips and ideas with others.
