Sage 200 Evolution new support process

We are changing our support process in the coming weeks and we are introducing our new Sage 200 Evolution Support Central Web Form to log your support queries. This web form will allow you to provide all the necessary information regarding your query and allow us to better assist you.

The new web form will replace our current email support and the support email address, [email protected], will no longer be in use from the implementation date. Any queries received through the [email protected] email address after this date will not be attended to.

Finding and using the new web form

Once you’ve filled in the web form, we can direct your query to the correct resource. The information you provide will supply our support teams with crucial information required to investigate and resolve a query.  The use of this web form is expected to reduce back and forth interactions.

To log a support query, using the web forms, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Sage 200 Evolution Support Central Page
  2. Once on the Support Central Page, review the options under Product Support.
  3. Where your query cannot be addressed by one of the Product Support options, there are two options for assisted support.
    1. Click on ‘Contact us via Live Support Chat’: This option is for queries that can be answered over chat and are usually quick one line answers. If you have a complex query that will require more information, we will ask you to complete the web form.
    2. Click on ‘Log a support request via web form’: This will take you to the different types of queries that can be experience. Select the option that best suits your query.
  4. Once you have selected your query option, another window will open to enter details about your query.

Please complete all fields to the best of your ability and click submit.

Important note: The more information you provide the better we can assist with your query.
