Thanks for you reply. I already logged this with Sage but its now 3 weeks, client cannot proceed with their reporting for April, so i thought maybe someone out there may have had a similar issue and could help.

Have you sent your query to [email protected]?  If not, please do so, and even if you had already, please do it again.

I recall we had an internal issue with our internal CRM system not able to pickup incoming queries from clients recently.
