Good day,

I did the following:

• I did install the patch file and it was successful
• I did follow the steps on how to install and import the new TERS report
• I did follow the steps on how to print the C19 TERS report

When I try to print the report, I get the following error: Please help me, I tried everything

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

COBOL error at 00468 in VIP770.ACU

Will it be possible if you can help me with this?
