Pivot BI report not running

Good morning ,

I am getting the below error when running the Pivot BI report on Evolution version version 7 and MS Excel is installed on the machine version 2013.

Please advise what i can do to fix this error

Hi, have you tried unlinking the template and running the report. I suspect the file extension is not supported by the version installed?
