Sage 200 reporting wrong on Forex Accounts

I have a challenge with Sage 200 reporting wrong amounts on USD$ accounts. Base currency is *** and when i run standard IS Budget vs Actual report is correct in *** however USD$ accounts are wrong and they distort the whole report, please assist as this is urgent
