I am extremely frustrated with what is seemingly a simple thing.

Sage Evolution has been promoted from the "old" Pastel BIC to what is now called "Sage Intelligence Centre". 

I installed a newer version of Sage Evolution and now the Sage Intelligence Centre is nowhere to be found. I have done everything I can think over almost 12 hours of working on this problem but still no Sage Intelligence Centre can be seen anywhere when I log in into Sage Evolution program.

Here is what I did:

1) uninstalled every single version of Sage Evolution, Pastel Partner then reintsllaed Sage Evolution. I uninstalled and re-installed many versions individually and still no success

2) I removed the Intelligence Centre only and re-installed it

3) In between uninstall and reinstall, I deleted files in the root directory resembling BIC, I deleted registry files, I deleted files in the Program Files folders etc etc

4) I created a new Common database and assigned it to working databases

5) I reinstalled over Evolution install folders

6) I set the repository in the System Wizard on Evolution

7) I added, changed and deleted the folder address in the Utilities>Explorere options

None of these things worked.

I could only see the Sage Intelligence Centre when I created a brand new company but then the management packs were missing and the link to the download community is broken.

Please help??
