Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there has had issues with macros running slowly in a citrix environment.

The Management Pack D-2-0 (P2009X)  > Income statement takes 20 mintues to run with only one period of transactions selected.  We have 5 companies (ranging in size) and the very small company takes 20 minutes.  We do understand the speed can be affected if we run the report when there is a load on the server - but currently this is not an issue for us.

The computer is locked until the macro finishes running - there are only so many cups of coffee you can make/drink in 20 minutes!!!

We are running Windows Server 2008 R2 standard SP1 with Office 2010 > Excel 32 bit version.

We also installed a patch to update our Citrix version as there was a known conflict with Excel.

I would appreciate any info on this.
