Can't access the dashboard or any other menu items.
Can't navigate to create / edit invoices from Favourites.

Support - before you respond - there is nothing wrong with my internet connection, all other pages loading fine. Issue is intermittent. Please do not tell me to clear my cache or cookies, I have already done level 1 support on my side before logging.
Yip the same with me - as a client wanted to pay - couldn't create a invoice & yes also did the same all the normal general answers they give you. Exactly the same as yours.
