Came here to see if it was just me. You are not alone. Sigh.
Ok so its not just me - it is such a mission to capture receipts - just rolling.
But what can we expect - its month end again.

How is it that I notice other regions, never have "Degraded Performance"?
And here we go again 30/11/2022!! Lagging starts - and all the bank duplications - i wonder if SGE will reimburse us our extra time we spend fixing THEIR system errors that cause us extra work

How is SAGE going to improve the lagging and duplicate bank entries with bank feeds. And, please do not suggest bank imports as we have a number of clients that we have setup bank feeds for and they keep breaking or do duplicate entries. We do not have access to all our clients banking profile and we need to contact them in order reset the bank feeds, which is very frustrating for the client and further more to get the import format from the client in order to import.
Our support team would need to look into this. This is because it can be caused by a variety of factors.
