Was having report issues - now CANNOT LOGIN?

Getting:

We are sorry to have to tell you this, but you have just experienced an error.

I have eMailed [email protected],

BUT DON'T EXPECT A RESPONSE BEFORE AT LEAST 2 to 3 WEEKS????

We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving this as soon as is possible.
