Pastel issue over a network

Evening all, I have a very interesting problem at my client. They are using pastel partner ver19 in 2 locations. The admin building and a remote building 200meters away. When the lady in the admin building (Server) opens pastel and signs in, she can work without issues but then the remote office gets an error status 116 which is network based error. Now if the workstation in remote office signs in first then the admin server can also sign in and operate perfectly. Network has been tested and i have a excellent link at 150mbps with no packet loss during tests. Both pcs run Windows 11 Pro. Please advise where the problem may be as i am baffled with this one.
