Looking at the screenshot, the company you are trying to open still has the backup date stamp.

Remove that company from Pastel under File | Open | Manage and close Pastel. Go to where the company is saved, and rename the company folder to remove the date stamp. You also need to make sure that the company is saved in C:\Pastel19 (if you are accessing it locally from your machine).

Go back into Pastel and add the company back under file | Open | Manage. Once added, see if it now opens.
