runtime 6

Question

On Sage SBCA 
 Run time error that client is getting at very stages of the month end processing. 
 Client has a MacBook with Parallels and using this system for years. 
 Stuck in the bank recon. When they try to reconcile an amount, it gives them the run time 6 error code.This happens in both her companies. 
 Can anyone assist?

It&rsquo;s not on reports. It also happens in copy company and demo. if you go into bank recon it happens. If you try and process a debtors receipt it happens. Processing cb to gl is fine. 
 Reinstalled. Same 
 its on an Apple Mac with parallels.

Hi Usually the error does not happen on all the companies, and the issue can be resolved using these steps: Error "Run time Error 6" When Printing Reports Please check and see if this will help.
