Message Fields not printing on Documents

Hi all

I am trying to make use of the Message Function under Setup -> Customers -> Documents

I am filling in my bank account details there so that they print in the bottom left of Quotations and Invoices but currently nothing prints.

I see the fields Message 1, Message 2 and Message 3 are all in that corner, where do these fields get their values from?

    Good day Lynton,

    Please make sure you have selected the correct paper style. The changes made on the setup customer – documents will populate if you have selected the correct paper. If you are using a normal A4 plain paper, please select the Plain Single sheet.

    Hi, I have the same problem and your suggestion is not working for me. I did select Microsoft to PDF printer, make sure the printer settings is on A4, made sure the printer font settings is correct, made sure that the form assistant was modified and still don't print the message on the invoice.
