If this is happening on Sage 300 Retail as per the screenshot suggests, it is usually due to the Crystal Runtimes not being installed on the workstation where the report is being run.
In the install files there is a folder called WKSSETUP. This setup runs the Crystal Runtime installs for the software. Would advise to look at the Administrator guide available in the Manuals folder on running the installation & setup.

I run the setup, and I also downloaded the runtimes from this site

but no change.
Would recommend to, in this case log a call with our support team
