Creating users in administrative services - Users not Reflecting

I have upgraded a client to Sage 2019.  They wanted to create users manually so they could have a clean start.  Once the users have been created the users can log in and work. Problem that we are having is when we log in as admin and try view the users that have been created, we physically have to type the users name in - Clicking on the magnifying glass does not bring up anything?

    Hello Brenda, Please confirm the folder in which Sage 300 is installed.i.e Is Sage 300 installed in the Program files folder or not? Was Sage 300 installed "As Administrator"? Was RegAcc Tool run after the installation? Are you able to replicate this issue on Sample or another database in the same installation? Is the Sage 300 in the same folder as was the previous version? Was the Firewalls, UAC, Antivirus Software turned off upon installation?
