Sage 300 Retail - ActiveX component can't create object printing error

Issue:

We have the following issue the trying to print (We use PO): How can I fix the ActiveX error.

ActiveX component can't create object.

Solution:

When Crystal 11 runtimes are run, the Dlls needs to be successfully registered. This would also require for the correct DotNetFramework to be installed, in order to successfully register the components.

Try running the Register_CXI2 “As Administrator” to enable successful registration of the DLLs.
