I just first need to confirm:

Is it the e-mails being sent from the Alert Management Data Driven event that get stuck in the Outbox?

And are there any e-mails that are sent from the Advanced Procurement module (which also has a built-in e-mailing feature)?

If Yes, is sending these emails fine?

Please confirm the following:

1. Please go to Administration | System Configuration | System Wizard | Emails screen

In here what E-mailing option has been selected? SMTP, MAPI or MS Outlook?

2. Sage Evolution Version?

3. Was it ever working fine before? 

4. If Yes, please confirm what exactly recently changed on the network, environment etc..

5. Can you confirm that all other documents (e.g. invoices, GRV's) and reports that are e-mails from within the Evolution company work fine?

Hi Bennie,

I have had a look as you guided and the emailing option selected is SMTP.

They are running Version 10.

It hasn't worked before.
