Will it be possible for your Evolution users to continue for the next week in the old Evolution version 7 company?

Because I want to propose your query gets formally logged as a Support query with Evolution Support. That means the users continue for now in the Evolution ver 7 company, while we work on an upgrade solution on a copy of your backup, as restored this side 

When we're successful in fixing the query we will then contact you apply the fix on the live company (with all users logged out). Thereafter the upgrade should be successful.
