Will it be possible for your Evolution users to continue for the next week in the old Evolution version 7 company?

Because I want to propose your query gets formally logged as a Support query with Evolution Support. That means the users continue for now in the Evolution ver 7 company, while we work on an upgrade solution on a copy of your backup, as restored this side 

When we're successful in fixing the query we will then contact you apply the fix on the live company (with all users logged out). Thereafter the upgrade should be successful.

Please do the following to continue:

1. Log your query with as much details (including error screenshot and anything else you think we should know) with Sage Evolution Support using the following link:

2. But in doing so please request that the new query be forwarded for my attention according to this request on this Sage City chat.

Please confirm the support ticket reference number that you should have received per automatic e-mail after logging it?

HD15227477 - I have run the VAS script update on the SQL DB. That worked 100%. I was planning on re-running the upgrade this Friday evening.
