Please consider the following reasons and advise to resolve your query.

After applying the advice in each reason set below, test if your query has been resolved and then continue with the rest of the advised below. 

REASON 1: CORRUPTED AGENT REGISTRY KEY

REASON 2: INVENTORY RELATED 

Consider the advice in the attached PDF guide. 

1362.‘QRYPDCHEQUESDUE CANNOT PERFORM THIS OPERATION ON A CLOSED DATASET’ SOURCE DOCUMENT ERROR.PDF

 REASON 3: COMPANY DATABAASE CONNECTION ISSUE   

1. First ensure all network connections are setup correctly and running smoothly. The client might perhaps be experiencing (perhaps temporary) a network dip and this should first be fully resolved. 

2. Else, if the above is not the reason, then do the following: 

• Get all users out of the company 

• Backup the company 

• Within Management Studio, detach the company database 

• Re-attach the company database

REASON 4: PRINTER DRIVE RELATED

then try uninstalling and re-installing the printer driver.

If the same error is still observed, please let me know.

Thank you for reaching out. I tried your solutions,  REASON 3: COMPANY DATABAASE CONNECTION ISSUE  was the deal. I realised that our network was not stable hence the error so it was reolved.
