Can you please send me a private chat in Sage City as I need to share a e-mail address with you who you can contact directly for a quote on what you need.

However, I can confirm that you only require at least the Sage Resolve (Contact Management Advance) module as an add-on module for working with the Procurement module (including of course Evolution core also).
