I'm having trouble for Job Manager database backup scheduler as per below screenshot for Sage 2oo Evolution version 11.0.1.5. I also get access denied when trying to browse backup path.

Hello Bennie,
I'm already logged into the system and able to do other things like view reports, process transaction etc. The only issue is Job Manager as per the attached screenshots. I tried to create a ticket at Smartsheet Forms but no response yet.
