On the front end of Evolution, the answer is no: Only one by one,

However, you can achieve this by running a DDS (Data Distribution Services) 'import'' and edit all the items you want to by making them inactive.

Do you have a DDS manual / how to guide. I have tried to set up my import file etc, and I'm getting an error: Error fetching next record! Error: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page. Function: GetRecord.
