Do we have the API available on Sage 100 cloud?

We need to actually migrate to Sage 100 cloud but before that we need to know following;

  1. Is the API available for Sage 100 cloud?
  2. Can we have the API in French
  3. What are the requirements in order to get this API?
  4. We need ID, Name, Category and available stock in response to display
