COMPLETE incompetence.

My card had to be canceled because of fraud. Sage sends me email to update my billing info so I click on the link. Clicked on enter a new card  but the page was not available. 
Tried again. No luck. 

I tried to call the 866 number on the same page. It tells me to press 1 to speak to someone or stay on the line. 
*press 1 *
Then it tells me to go online to seek further help, thanks for choosing sage. good bye.....hangs up on me.

I go back to the page. click on the email option. which comes back ( mailer daemon ) because it couldn't be delivered.

I guess only option is chat. 
They give me a number to call. 

Call the number. She tells me I need to call another number. Proceeds to give me the same 866 number. I tell her to wait. I call the 866 number and merge calls. let her listen that the 866 number is useless. She gives me another number. 

I tell the person what i need to do. He transfers me. I tell the 2nd person what I am trying to do. Oh.. i need to speak to the person who manages my account. getting transferred AGAIN..  got hanged up on...............

Call again. Tell the guy what I need. Transfers me to someone else. Tell them what I need. She tells me the 866 number....I tell her too that number doesn't work. She is transferring me AGAIN... If I get disconnected again im gonna flip my desk.... get it together Sage. Fix your links and website and update phone numbers and email addresses.
