I have two companies. When I log out of one, it won't let me log on to the other. There is no tech support number, and there is no chat line. How do I get help?

    Hi Paul, 

    Thanks for reaching out. This could be a caching issue, have you tried reconnecting from a different browser or computer?  I've shared some settings below for Google Chrome. Another way to access chat support is by visiting the sage.com/resources page, selecting your region and "Sage Accounting" and going to the the "Contact" section.

    For Google Chrome

    1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
    2. Select Tools.
    3. Select Settings > search for "Clear browsing data".
       

    1. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
    2. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select All time to delete everything.
    3. Click Clear data
