Service Interruption - Blocked outbound emails in Sage Accounting

Valued Customers,

We are experiencing an issue with the ability to send emails for Sales invoices and Customer Statements to your client within the product since Friday, June 3rd. This is due to an increase in potential spam alerts.

Our development team is aware and is working on having the outbound email system restored as soon as possible.

As a workaround in the meantime, you should still have the ability to download said invoices/statements and email them to your clients directly.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will post updates on this forum when the issue is resolved.
