Have you imported (or entered) addresses for the BPs yet?  I would think that the address code being imported doesn't exist in X3 yet.

the BP code exist thou I think something might be wrong with the table structure somewhere as I used to import ok in V11 but this is what am getting in V12

They did have a bug fix for address on V12 P16 that had to do with entry of new addresses may have caused corruption - and that bug would have existed on V11.  You may have to do some data corrections now.

I have run into issues with Avalara and importing addresses.  Is Sales Tax activated?

No clue tbh. On this issue, I learnt it has to do with import template configs whereas I had to specify addresses manually and import the files. The only concern that I will work to figure out is on to why I wasnt getting any error in V11 since this is the first import in V12.
