You need to check the stock management rules set on the product category (Receipt tab > Management rules grid > Stock change line). Ensure the Auhtorized status and substatuses include R.

thank you for the help. i was able to get that done for one lot. the second lot shows 0 for available but it is not allocated to anything? how could i fix that one ? 

I would recommend to run the stock resynch : quantities entered resynch (FUNSTOWIPW)
