When trying to create a renumbering/mix FOM: Lot modification, the field error "lot" pops up.

The material was tracked into Q status from Quality Control. I've gone into the quality history and tried changing it through the enter quality control detail, but it won't save even then. I've tried looking up the analysis request in QC but nothing pops up.

When looking up the entry change it shows up but nothing is tracked with it. Not sure how to delete or get it to where I can recreate another analysis request.
