Does anyone know of a setting to allow for the forward dating of a production tracking record?

I have a dynamic where on the last workday of the month the Accounting department wishes to close the stock module at the end before they go home (~ 5pm).

Then they would want all new production tracking records generated during the balance of the day by the second and third shifts to be dated in the new month.  

The standard setups in X3 prohibit the forward dating of these transactions but was wondering if there was a parameter that would relax this restriction.
