We have been recently receiving the following error below and it's almost all are Web Service calls to fail, can't figure out what is causing the issue, any help would be appreciated.

We tried to replicate the issue in our UAT environment but we had no luck.

I saw a post of something similar to what we are having and they said to resolve the issue is to clear VALPIECE.tra, had a look at our VALPIECE.tra and it still looks in a decent range size of about 2GB, hasn't exceeded 4GB, but noticed that our transac.tra file has reached the 4GB limit and not sure if this is causing the issue, so will be clearing this file to see and hope it resolves the issue.
